Over the past month, our Bubbling Brook Community has worked through the 31 day Proverbs bible reading plan. As Proverbs comes to a close and February (the month of love) draws near, I’ve had it on my heart to create these simple but effective bible verses and daily reading plan about being loved by God to share with you.
For 28 days, soak in a verse or short bible passage about God’s love for us. Meditate on the verse or passage throughout your day. Spend time writing it out in a notebook or journal, and prayerfully consider each word. Upon completion of reading and meditating on these bible verses, we’ll come to understand God’s great, unfailing love and head into next month refreshed, renewed, and confident of who we are in Christ!

Remember, God desires a personal relationship with us. This isn’t about trying to be perfect or having it all together, but rather about a loving Father who created us in His image and wants us to reflect His love to others.
We are living in a time where many people are hurrying about their day, feeling frustrated and angry. As they scroll through social media they see post after post filled with negativity and despair. But — God is calling all of us to peace in Him! As we grow in our understanding of His love, we’re better equipped to share His peace and the hope of salvation with those around us.
In the words of John 13:35:
By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.
By understanding God’s unconditional love for us, we can truly grow to love one another.

Therefore you did not desert them.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
