This healthy Orange Mango Smoothie has just a touch of pumpkin puree, making the perfect fall breakfast. We love that it’s vegan and only four ingredients. So easy!
It’s a hit with kids and adults, both. Who doesn’t love orange juice, mangos, bananas, and pumpkin?
It’s a seasonal item, but sometimes I’ve been able to get frozen mango from my local Aldi store.
Mix everything in a high powered blender, and wah-lah! You have a special sweet treat, with no added sugars.
This is the Blendtec mixer I use. We’ve had it a couple of years now with no complaints. I love that it’s a little shorter that the Vitamix blenders, so I can easily store it under my kitchen cabinets. The Vitamix blenders were too tall to fit.
This also makes a great party drink… just triple or quadruple the recipe and add it into a big punch bowl! Guests can ladle it into small cups. Try it for your fall party or Thanksgiving gathering. Everyone will love it!
Another idea is to this smoothie as your breakfast. It fits nicely in a large thermos so you can drink it in the car on a busy morning.
Kids also love it as an after school snack — yum!
