Is my chicken pot pie one of your family’s favorites? Many of you have told me it is 🙂
You might like to know that I made my pot pie again for company this week, and the recipe easily adjusted into a 13×9 glass baking dish. For those of you who said the one “pie” just wasn’t enough to satisfy, increase everything in my recipe by 50% (1.5 cups AP flour rather than one, 1.5 cups wheat flour rather than one, etc.) and trim the crust to lay nicely in your 13×9 dish. I kept the baking time the same, and it served beautifully. We scooped it out with a big spoon and served it over a brown rice/wild rice blend. So good!
