Yesterday, our oldest son was baptized!
He'd asked about being baptized several times over the last few weeks, and we are thrilled to see God tugging at his heart. I know God has a special plan for his life!
My husband counted it a blessing to baptize him during yesterday's service:

We are especially thankful for the blessing of our children. We've prayed for a Godly heritage since before they were born, and count it a joy to witness them being drawn to Christ! Isn't it amazing that despite our imperfections, God can still use us to be witnesses for Him in the lives of our children? "...the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to those that are afar off..." (Acts 2:39) We are desiring the transforming power of the Holy Ghost to be powerful and ever-present in their lives!
We are rejoicing today!
