I would love to start making quinoa at home. So far we have only made quinoa pasta from a box :/
Becca, making quinoa is as easy as making rice! I use chicken stock instead of water though. The only thing that is different is that you really need to rinse the quinoa until the water is CLEAR. If not, you will get an awful, bitter taste. Then, it’s the same as rice, 2:1 ratio of grain to water, boil the water, dump in the grain, give it a stir, cover, and simmer until liquid is absorbed!
